An Adult’s Christmas: The Staggering Relevance of the Infancy Stories
Join the Rev. Samuel Torvend, APLM president, in this discussion concerning the infancy narratives in Matthew and Luke and their remarkable relevance for Christians who contend with modern empires in a post-Christendom world. Often hidden by nostalgic and secular views of Christmas, these two evangelists, seen in their own context, provide ample ways to recognize the significance of the Christmas Season for our lives in the world today.
